1 tsp Maisha Matcha

2 tbsp hot (not boiling) water

200 ml plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut work beautifully)

How to make it:

1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy.

2. Pour your milk into a cup.

3. Add the matcha mix and sweeten to taste.

Filling:

1 ½ cups soaked cashews (soaked 3–4 hours)

½ cup coconut cream

¼ cup coconut oil (melted)

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

1–2 tsp Maisha Matcha (adjust to taste)

Juice of ½ lime (optional for freshness)


How to make it:

1. Blend all base ingredients until sticky and crumbly. Press into a lined cake tin and freeze.
